By creating an account, accessing any Webifiy 360 property, or using any part of our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Webifiy 360 provides business software solutions including websites, CRM systems, funnels, marketing automations, integrations, booking tools, email/SMS tools, and other digital services. Additional done-for-you (“DFY”) services may include website setup, design, configuration, integrations, and technical support depending on your plan.
Features may change over time as we update and improve the platform.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You may not share your login with others. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
All Webifiy 360 subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by you. By purchasing, you authorize Webifiy 360 to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis.
Pricing may change with notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. Accounts with unpaid balances may be paused or terminated until payment is resolved.
Any chargeback filed against Webifiy 360 will result in immediate account suspension. Fraudulent or invalid chargebacks may be sent to collections. You agree to contact Webifiy 360 first to attempt a resolution before disputing a charge.
You may request a refund for SaaS subscription fees within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds apply only to:

All payments become final after the 14-day window. No exceptions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling stops future billing but does not refund previous charges.

By using our SMS tools, you agree to comply with all carrier, A2P, and regulatory messaging rules.
Users must provide explicit consent before receiving SMS messages.
You agree to send only compliant traffic. Violations may result in carrier fines or account suspension.
Webifiy 360 uses cookies for functionality, analytics, performance tracking, and personalization. By using our site, you consent to our cookie usage.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some functions may stop working.
All software, designs, content, automations, systems, and materials created by or provided by Webifiy 360 remain the sole property of Webifiy 360. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use them for your business only.
You may not duplicate, resell, copy, or distribute Webifiy360 materials or systems.
